Our version includes a rich filling of  marzipan, and home-made candied peel, which adds to the decadence of the bread-like cake. Stored in an airtight container, it will keep well for up to two weeks.

Our large christmas puddings are made to my mother’s recipe and are lighter than many traditional recipes, because we use breadcrumbs to replace much of the flour. They serve 7-10 and come in a 1.8L traditional china pudding basin so you can steam or microwave them to reheat them on the day). We charge a $10 deposit on the basin so please return it!

Medium Pudding – They serve 4-6 and come in a 1.2L reusable lidded plastic pudding basin. You can keep the basin or we’ll buy it back from you for $2!

Small Pudding – Perfect if you’re the only one in the house who eats Christmas pudding! They serve 2-3 and come in a 1.2L reusable lidded plastic pudding basin. You can keep the basin or we’ll buy it back from you for $1.50!

Lemon Loaf

We make this with organic flour, butter, local eggs and homemade lemon curd. Keep one in the freezer- they freeze really well.

Gluten free rolled oats, almonds, pecans, coconut and dried Birken cherries. Vegan. While I do my best to bake gluten free items separately, they may contain traces of wheat flour. 25c refund/credit for each returned jar.
