Join us for our third annual Mother’s Day Tea in the Garden at Birken House. Experience a traditional English Afternoon Tea served in style on fine china.
Enjoy a glass of homemade Birken rhubarb lemonade to begin, followed by a selection of sandwiches and scones with home made jam and clotted cream. An assortment of shortbread, cupcakes and other pretty little yummy things will follow, all accompanied by a pot of Murchies tea or Milanos coffee. We’ll also have some additional savoury items available for those of you who want to make a meal of it!
Mimosas, prosecco, wine and beer also available for an additional charge. Please note that as this is a licensed event, no outside alcohol is permitted.
Cost is $45 per adult. Seniors $35. Children 5-12 yrs. $25. Under fives are free.
Due to the limitations of our online store, all tickets will show as $45 at the time of reservation. Please make a reservation for everyone who needs a seat, so we can make sure we have room for you all. If you can let us know the number of children and under 5’s in the notes it would be really helpful. Reductions for them and for seniors will be applied when you pay at the event on Mothers’ Day. Please don’t pay in advance by e-transfer other than to hold a booking for a group of six or more.
A $45 e-transfer payment to eileen@birkenhousebakery.com is required to hold any booking for six or more people. If you’re having trouble booking a time slot for a larger group, please email us directly (eileen@birkenhousebakery.com) and we’ll do what we can to find you a spot.
