There’s something special about slowing down over good food. At Birken House Bakery, our weekend brunch is a time to gather, relax, meet your neighbours and enjoy the simple things — freshly baked bread, warm coffee, and the smell of cinnamon buns fresh from the oven.

Our kitchen turns out comforting classics with elegant style — think sourdough waffles with compote made from our homegrown berries, and our famous ‘Birken Benny’ with our sourdough toast, local eggs and fresh hollandaise. They’re all served in a beautiful country setting with a side of sunshine and friendly chatter.

Find a sunny corner, pour another cup and stay awhile. 

We offer brunch every Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 2pm from Victoria Day to Thanksgiving.
