Description
Panettone is an Italian type of sweet bread loaf originally from Milan, usually prepared and enjoyed for Christmas and New Year in Western, Southern, and Southeastern Europe. Our fresh sourdough version tastes much better than the boxed ones, but it doesn’t keep as long either, so store in an airtight container and eat it within a week. After that, it’s still good toasted, and makes an awesome bread and butter pudding….
