Christmas Pudding

Description

Our Christmas puddings are made to my mother’s recipe and are lighter than many traditional recipes, because we use breadcrumbs to replace much of the flour and all the suet (they’re vegetarian).

Medium Pudding – serves 4-6 and comes in a 1.2L reusable lidded plastic pudding basin so you can steam or microwave it to reheat it on the day. You can keep the basin or we’ll buy it back from you for $3!

Small Pudding – Perfect if you’re the only one in the house who eats Christmas pudding! They serve 2-3 and come in a 0.9L reusable lidded plastic pudding basin so you can steam or microwave it to reheat it on the day. You can keep the basin or we’ll buy it back from you for $2!
